What others are trying to say is that your community level is a combination of your participation and time. With your continued participation, you will level to Apprentice 2 in 17 more days.
If you are interested in the Fizz rewards, you can pay more attention to your account level. Those are the levels that matter to obtain your rewards. Your continued participation in the community is a way to help you level up your account quicker.

it is a question of time
you will get the first couple of level every ~25 days
after level 3 the others will be unlocked in groups
This are mine steps, therefore questions of times nothing more :(
Only the gourou are given for the best answers
Gourou 1/5 100 points 20 best answers.
Gourou 2/5, 200 pts with 40 best answers
Gourou 3/5, 500 pts with 80 best answers
Gourou 4/5, 1,000 pts with 200 best answers
Gourou 5/5, 7,000 pts with 500 best answers
If you participate at least once a month, you will get all the level in 6-7 months.
If you are not participating Fizz is supposed to reset your counter.
Time and best answers are the key.
