My plan covers Canada. I am in Ontario, but my data is not working?

Im from Quebec, and have a Canada wide plan. I am traveling in Ontario, calls are working, but my data is not working? On my phone, I have roaming settings turned on, but still no luck. Has anybody face similar situation?

Hi Navdeep,

try to reboot your phone

Verify your APN, probably your phone was a Vidéotron one, then you still have Vidéotron APN which is working in Quebec but not in Fizz Ext

If this does not help, you must contact the support.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Navdeep

You can also try enabling airplane mode on your phone for 2 minutes.

Also make sure to have your mobile data settings on your phone set to automatic network.

You can also try changing your phone setting to use 3G network instead of LTE.

Hi Navdeep,
If you are still having issues, you can also try to manually search for the network in your device, or automatically look for one if it was already set to manual.
