Frequent disconnect for last 3 days

For the last 3 days there has been frequent disconnects. I have to reboot the modem to restore service. Luckily I have my own router to access WIFI otherwise cannot access Wifi on Fizz router. Cannot login to fizz web portal or wifi..

Is anyone experienceing similar issue in Montreal west Island?

Hi Ajaykumar

Due to the recent windy weather conditions, some areas may be experiencing higher service disruptions. I had short power outages a few times this weekend and had to restart the modem as well.
