Hello Ajaykumar,

Sorry for the situation encountered.
I have verified the connection of your modem in my tools, the modem is online and there is no work carried out in your area affecting the services.

Please restart your modem by unplugging the cable for 15 seconds and contact us privately via chat or social networks as soon as possible so that we can investigate further and provide you with a solution: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

Hi Ajaykumar

Due to the recent windy weather conditions, some areas may be experiencing higher service disruptions. I had short power outages a few times this weekend and had to restart the modem as well.

Which web portal are you referring to?
Is it http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
If you are using your own router, try http://192.168.100.1/login.htm
You need to enter user: cusadmin and your wifi password to logon.
