Why can’t I use my mobile data anymore?

So I have been with fizz for about 5 months and the credit card related to the account changed and it took me a couple of days to make the change on every subscription it is related to, so my fizz account was blocked. I unblocked it yesterday and I can text and make phonecalls but my mobile data doesn’t work even though I have more than 3gb left to use. What is happening?!

I understand and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Please turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn on Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your OS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings.

Xavier, verify if your APN settings were changed. A reboot of your phone won't hurt as well. That's about it though, contact Fizz directly by the green chat bubble or Facebook Messenger if this doesn't yield results.

Put airplane mode on and off. It helps to find the network.

If nothing helps, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-th...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
