I needed a new SIM card for an already existing Fizz number - now i'm being asked to activate/build my plan??

I still don't see the chat bubble and my ad blocker is not on. My issue is that I lost my sim card, so I got a new one delivered(same phone number) and I am trying to use that simcard but now i'm being asked to activate it/build my plan with the new sim card. I already have a plan! just needed the new simcard. Would love to chat with someone

Hi Brittany

Try this first: Log into your account to change your SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).

If you need help from Fizz, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link:
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Brittany it happened to me last week. You need to reach Fizz by chat or with Facebook. Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at:
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
