The Wifi app can’t connect to any devices of my house for a week now. Why? Maybe the want me to “switch” to videotron?

The wifi app “can’t” connect to any of my devices, even though the wifi works great. This seems to be a major issues, but nothing is done. Maybe they want me to “switch” to videoteon?

Do let us know in detail, what error do you encounter with the Fizz Wi-Fi app, what does it say on your phone's display?

You can try to uninstall the app, clear the cache memory from your phone and reinstall it before checking again.

If that doesn't work, did you also try to factory reset the modem and see if it connects afterwards?
You can perform a factory reset of the modem by using a sharp object to press on the small button in the orifice behind the modem for 15 to 20 seconds, then let the modem reboot itself and see if you can connect to the app.
