Why is there no app to manage the account and the community hub?

I know this is a repeating topic! But I can't understand why there is no app to manage the account and participate to community hub! Participating to community hub requires a lot of data when you are active! With an app, its would avoid spending data to download the website interface every time we refresh to see if there are no new questions.
Or just going from one question to another, consumes a lot of data!

If Fizz doesn't want to develop an app, he could at least give some data as a reward to those who attend the community hub! At the beginning, I participated a lot, but I realized that if I continued to participate so much to community hub, that I would have to increase my plan! So I quit because I thought the idea of ​​increasing my plan with Fizz to help Fizz customers was ridiculous!

Yes! it's crazy how its uses our data when we spend too much time on the community hub changing window to window and doing refreshes to see new questions. If there would be an app, its would be much better. The interface would already be pre-loaded in the application. There would only be the text that would be downloaded

Fizz definitely needs a dedicated app. However, I don't see how this website would eat your data away... there aren't that many pictures and there aren't any videos playing in the background. If this website truly uses that much data, then it is indeed concerning.

I heard they don't have an app to save us money. Having people developing an app and other people running it would had a lot of business expenses. Thus, adding dollars to everyone monthly fees.

Patricia, the app would be a nice to have and would only benefit users spending time on this forum. There are enough users answering questions so this complaint isn't top priority. For others that only check to see how much data they have left this will not benefit them much. I never logged on to my previous ISP website so I suspect customers that only have this service here would not care for the app. Sorry to rain on your parade
