Hi Martin
You can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

This is how to join the chat line ;
First you have to log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours or if too many waiting. Then try again a little later.9 -
You can send your inquiry by messenger. The support will reply within a few hours.7

First, log into your Fizz account.
Click on:

Click on the green chat bubble of Fizz when you see it down to the right of the page.3 -
Make sure any adblocker is disabled also.2
