If your account is frozen, you will have to contact Fizz support. This can happen if you've tried entering your credit card too many times.

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Frantz, if your account is still accessible but your service is frozen/suspended, you can logon you account to update your payment method and make a payment. Interac is not accepted, but Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard are. Here is list of accepted payment methods:

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plan(s):

1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
7. After updating the payment method with the new card, look for the "Make payment now" button. Click on it to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

This here is a forum with customers like you.
The only way to pay with Fizz is Visa or Marster Card.
If your account was frozen for some reason, I would contact Fizz directly.
To log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

I also think you have to contact Fizz for this matter, and see why your account is frozen.
Only Master Card or Visa are accepted with Fizz.

No, you cannot make an interact transfer with Fizz.
Only Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted.
You should contact Fizz by chat to resolve the matter; they will gladly help you with this.

Hi there, I would definitely contact support, they should be able to help with this. There are 3 ways to do so:

CHAT
Go to this page (any article will do) https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Log in if you're not already.
The business hours are every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses their processing capacity. If that happens, send them a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

You can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower but they'll get back to you for sure)

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill out a contact form from your account. Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subjects are limited but just choose the closest to your issue) and fill out the form and someone will email you back at most the next day.
