Hi i had an appointment on october 17th 2020 from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and no one showed up. What is next for me to do?

Hi i had an appointment on october 17th 2020 from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and no one showed up. What is next for me to do? I was also fully charged for the month which is very frustrating when I am unable to get a technician to install and you also don't have a customer serivce assistance.

Don't give up. It can happen that they are running behind, they can even show up late.

Please check your front door, your phone and your email to see if there are any updates.

Unfortunately if the technician does not show up today, you must wait until tomorrow to reschedule your appointment.

1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Reschedule.

This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.

Chloé, sadly I will tell you to wait to end of day before thinking you were forgotten. You can contact customer support through the green chat bubble or Facebook Messenger to see if you were forgotten but as Fizzy said, wait till tomorrow to reschedule.

I am sorry about the delay, I hope the technician finally showed up ?
You were charged for the first month when you made the appointment, but that first won't start before installation. The second payment is only due 30 or 31 days after installation.

Hi Chloe,

Don't worry. Fizz charge in advance for a month with ordering installation, but the 30 days time count start by the day of successful installing the modem. Sometimes the tech don't show up. You have to reschedule your appointment and then cancel this one, but wait 24 hours after the present appointment. Also, IMO you have to contact Fizz (scroll down here: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us) to give them feedback about tech guy.

If the technician didnt come to your place,
You need to re-schedule an other appointment with a technician for an installation today on line in your Fizz account.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
You will see all of your appointments, click on one and re-schedule it.
Choose another day and hour for your installation with the technician and click on: Saved.
