Sorry about this, this here a forum with customers like you. Her is the way to contact Fizz, all is online, you cannot contact them by phone.

Log into your Fizz account.

Make your way to the Solution Hub.

On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

Do you mean you had an appointment with a technician? If he didn't show up, you should schedule another appointment in your account. Sorry about that.
If the chat bubble is unavailable, you can communicate with Fizz support by messenger.
