I am a new customer and have my installation date for tomorrow but I never received my modem ?

Can you please advise how this works exactly. I have subscribed to an internet plan and have installation scheduled for tomorrow. I thought this was done online but I never received my modem ?

The day of your internet installation (tomorrow), the technician will bring you the modem with complete instructions for installation.

D'ont worry, tomorow when the technitian will come over he will bring with him the modem and install it.

Tina, as the other users say the tech brings the modem. He is only there to make sure a cable is available inside your home. All necessary instructions are on the modem packaging and are very easy to follow.
