Deactivated my phone?

Hello. My dad changed his credit card number and forgot to update it on the website. They cut his line this morning and they send this link to reactivate dans do the payments and all : https://fizz.ca/s/26/fr/85856581/
But the link is not working. What should we do?? Thanks Urgent.

Hi Lea

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:

1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

If any problem, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Lea, simply updating the credit card info is not enough, it's very important that the new payment method is associated with all plans in the account.

In addition to above:

After updating the payment method with the new card, look for the "Make payment now" button. Click on it to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

You can also try restarting your device if service is not automatically restored within 2 hours.

Try updating you payment method in your account settings. If that doesnt work contact fizz support and they will gladly help you out.

To log into your Fizz account.

Make your way to the Solution Hub.

On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

Hi. In your account - profile - payment - add new card ; then add this new card to all your plans and delete the old one.
