Can you please check if you entered the correct address on the order form?

If that is the case and the SIM was not delivered, you should place a new order for a 2nd SIM card.
You also have the option to buy the SIM card from some nearby stores: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

After you receive and activate it, contact Fizz support and they will issue a refund for the 1st one that you didn't receive.

You can contact Fizz support on Live chat by using any of the FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the chat bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.

Since today is pretty much the last day of the 40$ promotion, you should buy another sim card from one of the participating Couche Tard and activate it today. If you order it online, it might take a day or two for delivery.
After activation contact support by chat or messenger for the reimbursement of the lost/stolen sim card.

Sorry about this sim card not received,
If you want to activate your sim card, your mobile plan and to get the special referral bonus of 40$ until october 15th, may i suggest you to buy another one at a Couche-Tard store if you are living in the great area of Mtl.
Then, contact the Fizz the customer service by chat and ask to them for a refund of your first sim card ordered but not received.

Your card was probably lost. Same thing happened to me. I bought another one and Fizz credited me.
To benefit the $40 bonus (last day being tomorrow), you should try to buy one at Couche-Tard (phone in advance to see if they have) and activate it today.
Do not forget to include your referral code !

I would hurry and try to get another one at Couche-Tard if you want to get the $40 bonus (ends tomorrow then $25).
Planet courrier leaves the card at the door and they are often lost.
Fizz will credit the lost card, I think it happens quite often.

Hello Van. Check on the door. Check if you wrote correct address for delivery. If you are referred by a friend you have to buy yourself another card from Couche Tard and to activate it because the promotion of 40$ (instead of 25$) will end on Oct 15th. If you have no referrer, is no hurry, but I suggest to find one fast for both of you benefit (40$ till tomorrow). You can find a list on this forum with a lot of referrals or you may use mine here: 9XA9U.
For the not delivered card, you can contact Fizz (by bubble chat or facebook) and they will credit you for the first SIM card.

I have seen this happen quite often on this forum. It is probably lost or was stolen.

You should in fact order a new one or get one at Couche-Tard. Fizz should credit you for the first with no problem.
