No audio - Canada/US call

I have been with Fizz for 6 months. No previous issues with call audio. Added US calling add on. successfully place & received calls but not audio either way. tried headphones and speaker. no change. help?

Please try restarting your phone
Are calls working well when you talk with others?
Also can you try calling with another phone?
Without some more troubleshooting, it can be difficult to tell if the problem is hardware related, with Fizz mobile service, or maybe even at the other end.6 -

While in a call have you verified if the volume was not lowered to 0 by pressing the volume buttons on your phone's side? Also have you tested out the suggestions received from Fizzy?
