connected to internet but No three wave band at top?

Hi, other devices in house working however tablet not accessing internet anymore status Connected no 3 wave band at top.

. Was able to see list of devices who had permission/acess to my account, no longer able, how do I find again?

Hi Wen

Try restarting your tablet. Since your other devices are working, if your tablet does not connect, try resetting the network connections. Then add back the Fizz wifi network using the correct password.

You can see the devices connected to your modem thru
1. Fizz Wi-Fi App
2. or logging on to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
with user: cusadmin and your wifi password

Hi. Try to reset tablet, if still not working, goto wifi settings, select Fizz wifi and "Forget" Fizz wifi. Restart tablet and then goto wifi settings again and add Fizz wifi as usual.
