Hi my payment failed and I updated the payment method but still cut off my wifi, what can I do to reacrivate my service?

Please help me how can I speak with the Customer service because I updated that yesterday after I saw the email of failed payment but still with no wifi

Please try restarting your modem.

Also login your account to make sure payment was made on your plan.

Access your plan, then your payment method. If you see the "Make payment now" button, click to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Santiago, make sure to apply the new payment method to all services as well if you have both phone and internet. This is done manually and not automatic.

If you have made your payment, a delay of 2 hours is required to get the service again.

Fizz do not cut only wifi, if your payment fail, the may cut everything Internet and Mobile (Voice, SMS and Data) services. If your problem is wifi, and all your devices lost wifi, problem is the modem. Try to restart modem. If is just one device (your phone), try to see wifi settings of the device.Fizz is not responsible for losing WIFI.

Hi Santiago.
We talk here about WIFI, about Internet or about Data on phone cell?
If only your WIFI is down, but all other services are ok, is not because of FIZZ, just try to restart the modem.
If all your services with Fizz are not working, than may be a problem with your missing paiement.
Please precise, and I'll explain further what to do.
