I find in my account that I have 500 Mb available to use. This is one time shot or is monthly?

That perk is a gift from Fizz.
This 500 MB data perk is for one time use or it can be gifted to another customer.

What you have in your account may be a perk or an upgrade.
The PERKs are green and they seems with a business card, they may be used only once and their data must be consumed in 30 days, if not the remaining is lost, there is no rollback for perks.
The upgrades: you can find them in a hidden window down the screen, you have to click on "my upgrades" to see them. Their format is different from perks as they are a black rectangle inscripted with data quantity ("500 MB" for ex.) on a green square. When used they give you the quantity of data inscripted EACH MONTH, for a maximum of 2 years from the date you receive it.
So: If is green and have business card format is 500MB perk, for use only one time, if is squared green with black rectangle inside, is an upgrade.

Daniela, are you referring to the 500 mb Perk or did you upgrade level and receive a 500 mb bonus? As Fizzy says, the Perk is a one time use. You have 30 days to use it all once you activate it.
If it's the bonus, this is recurrent every month and will roll over 60 extra days as well. So you will get an extra 500 mb every month.7 -
It's a one time gift. But they do that couple times in a year5
