Didn't receive one of my sims?

I ordered two sim cards, and i ended up receiving one of them, i saw it outside of my building stuck to the door. I only noticed one sim card, even thought it said delivered on the tracking, i waited a few more days and never got my 2ND one.. any idea what's up with the courrier just leaving the cards on the mail boxes or outside on the building doors..?

AlmirAziri your sim was probably stolen. You will need to buy a new one and Fizz will refund the one which was stolen. Look here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-ordered-sim-card-but-havent-rece...

They can't enter appartement buildings like Canada Post. Were you at home when the delivery was attempted? Because they really should be ringing the appartement before leaving.

AlmirAziri, since no signature is required courriers may not even ring. Like the other users say, contact support to notify them which one you received and order a new one.

They really should be ringing before leaving... with their elbow or something!
So easy to get stolen otherwise. Seen many cases of people following Amazon deliveries and steal packages. (https://www.reddit.com/r/montreal/comments/dw9psm/des_vol...)

IMO BEFORE doing anything else, check with Fizz the situation. They will tell you what to do and how they will solve the situation.
