Help!!! Fizz took paymemts twice phones still not working

hel0!!!
Fizz took payments for both my phones yesterday ( have screenshot) phones were cut off.My mom paid again and phones still dont work!!! Out of service!!!Im freaking out! 4 payments and no phones!!

It can take more than 2 hours after a payment is made to get this service.
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat if you still not have service for your mobile plan.

There's a lot of people having the same issue. You just need to contact Fizz customer service by chat.
