My visa (which is French) is not registering. What can I do?

You are talking about your Visa credit card right? You mean fizz is not taking your credit card number? If so, be sure to write the right expiration date (month and year).

Victoria, Fizz does not accept international credit cards. Here is info that can help you, please take a look at:

Victoria you can buy a prepaid card and activate your sim with it. The French cards are not ok with Fizz sorry.6
