Canceling home internet plan? Not Activated.

Hi, can you please help me with a refund? Today, the technician couldn't come in because of my living conditions and I need a refund, but I can't find an option to refund my payment. I don't want to reschedule my appointment either. My home internet plan is not activated and today was supposed to be the appointment, but I cancelled it, so it's not functional. Is there a way I can cancel the plan and get a refund?

If you have already canceled the appointment with the technician;
Please, contact the Fizz customer service and ask for the refund of your subscription for the residential internet service.

do not take a new appointment and you will be refund automatically. Contact the support, to accelerate the refund

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
