How can i canceal my sim card

    Hi Golsham,
    unfortunately you cannot get a refund for a SIM card.

    However, you may offer it to friends or family who want to activate a new plan or use it for replacement if they lost their phone. There is no expiry on SIM cards and they are reusable even if previously activated. Remember to give your referral code, then you can also offert it for free.

    Unfortunately,
    You cannot be refunded for your sim card not used.
    Please, try to sell it or give to one of your relative or your friend.

    If you mean to deactivate your monthly plan, just go to your profile -> my plans and deactivate it. You can then dispose of the Sim card if you wish or leave it aside for future use.
