Cant sign up with email.

I recommended fizz to my friend but he can't to sign up for several attempts. It shows like : There is a problem.Please try again later.

    Kexin tell him to try with a different navigator or on a page on private mode. It works. He must use a different email than yours.

    Hey! I had no issues using Chrome. However, you may want to clear your cookies if incognito mode does not work.

    Thank you for recommending us to your friend! Regarding this situation, I can suggest that he may try to sign up from his computer on a different browser, in Incognito/Private mode. If by any chance the situation persists, your friend must make sure that he didn't already sign up with that email and the account is already created, however the email wasn't validated in the first 24h after creating the account.
