internet keeps cutting off

while the internet when is available seems to be decent, it keeps cutting off time after time, and the wi fi does not strongly cover the entire house. We bought a separate router and modem, is it possible to use them instead of the fizz one which has been giving us hard times?

You can use another wifi router, connected to the Fizz modem/router through wifi or cable. Second router should be physically located in area where your Fizz router signal is weak.3

Yes Stanislas you can use your own router. We do the same. Just plug your router in your modem.
