Do you receive the modem in the mail or technician brings it ?

I have an appointment today between 7:30am-12 but no sign of a technician yet. It’s almost 12 and I haven’t received a call. I’m scared they arrived but couldnt get in my apartment or they just dont have time to come or something. I paid $30 for the technician to install it for me but maybe I should have just done it myself !

The tech will bring the modem. He might be late depending on the amount of new installs

You will get the modem delivered by a technician at your home and will make sure your cable connection is in place.
If you paid then he will connet you to the internet or else will give you the modem then you will have to follow the instruction with modem to setupt yourself.
If your appointment is scheduled then he will be there at scheduled time.5 -
Modem will be delivered by the technician, he/she will check the signal strength at your residence, extend a coax cable if necessary, depending on the installation option you chose, he may give you the modem so you can install it yourself or, he will install it for you.
