Caller ID Difference?

When I was with my previous provider call ID used to show me names and number. With Fizz I only see number. Is this something that is supposed to happen?

It seems that it has a cost associated, therefore, to cut the price they decide the avoid to use it9

Fizz cut the price down by not paying for that option. You can always use an app depending on your phone. For me, my contact application does it but I know with a previous phone I had to download the "Drupe" app from google play store.
