Do you have the app? Click on the my Wifi section and you can turn on and off the guest account there. You can also pick a password.6

You can also do it through your browser.
Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
Enter user: cusadmin and your wifi password
Go to menu "Wireless" >> "Basic Settings" >> "Guest"
- Set "Enable Guest Network" on "ON".
- Enter your desired "Guest Network Name (SSID)" for 2.4 GHz
and/or "Guest Network Name (SSID) 5G" for 5 GHz.
- Enter "Guest Network Password". For security purposes, you should use a different password.
