"Slow down. At this pace, you’ll need additional data so you don’t run out."
at the beginning of new payment cycle?

    It is an algorithm therefore if you cansume 30Mo in couple of hours it think that you end up without data

    It calculates how much data you've used so far and if you keep the same habit for the rest of the month, you will go over your allowed amount.
