there is 2 g on my mobile but i can not access my internet

last mont i can use my mobile dada without questions. I did not change anything on my Iphone. My data run out when there is 9 days left for my last month plan. I know it will work again after 7th, Sept after monthly fee is charged. But today is 8th, Sept i can not use my data. When i login my account, i can see there is 2G left. What happened?

You might want to Double-check your APN. it might have reset if you had some problem connecting to the cell tower at a given moment.

thank you guys. I contacted with support team. They checked and there is no problem on my mobile plan. They suggested to open fly function and then close it. It did not work. Then i shutdown and restarted my mobile. It works. Maybe i dont shut it down everyday.
