no service for couple of days?

my phone got no service for couple of days and I have tried to restart my phone but did not work. what is going on and what should i do?

Hello Katherine,
You might want to remove and reinsert your sim card and restart your phone to start with. Let me know if you are still having this issue afterwards.

Doyou see any networks if you look at your cellular settings? You can try the SIM card in another phone to see if that is the problem.

Can you see what is your preffered network?
Also, which phone are you using? I might be able to get you some nice screenshot to help with this info ;)

Im using an iPhone7 and since there's no service im not able to use the data. it is connecting to wifi now

You might want to look at this:

And see which is your preferred network mode. It should be 4G (May show as LTE).
Also look for the "Enable voice and data".

Also, can you confirm if you are having some "Signal" but you're getting a "no service"? Or just no signal at all?

Also, are you able to make calls / text messages? Or it's for everything?

Thank you so much guys! My phone is still not working but I also contacted Apple and they said there might be a problem with my phone itself (iPhone7 no service program). I’ll try to insert the SIM card into another phone see if it’s working and contact Fizz as well. Thank you so much!
