Better customer service?

OK, what can I do, I saw the service truck early this morning. I then Recieved the email stating that I had been transfered to Fizz.... I never received a modem nor a technicien. And now customer service have scheduled me for septembre 11 in the afternoon. Any suggestions. I am not available between Saturday and next Thursday, but I was at available on my scheduled time and I am now available and tomorrow..... Any suggestions and recourse or action. How can I lodge a formal complaint?

It's useless to lodge a formal complaint.
If you're not happy you should go somewhere else.
This is Fizz. This is not a customer service oriented company. You get what you pay for.
