Just log to your Fizz account, and confirm the move of your new adress
Click on: Manage my plan (internet)
Click on: Move
(about the date of interrupting your internet connexion, your new adress and fix a date for your auto-installation with the technician).
You dont change your Fizz internet plan, you're just moving. I think.

You can check with the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, every day for the price of your monthly plan.9 -

I think it might depend on when you first subscribed

Everyone pays a fair price every day. If you initially subscribed before March 13, 2019, so iduring the beta period, you’ll keep the same price if you choose the same plan with the same speed, even if the price displayed is different.”10 -
