Are IMAP ports (993 and 587) blocked since this morning?

IMAP emails stopped coming in when connected to the WiFI on my iPhone since this morning. It has been working since I joined Fizz (more than a year ago). If I turn off WiFi and use Fido LTE on my phone, I receive/send emails without any problem. Are there any changes since this morning? It only stopped working this morning.

Have you tried rebooting your Phone and modem? I highly doubt they would have block the most common port for email. What is your email provider?6

Does everything else work properly?
Try removing your email account from your phone. Then add it back in.6
