What is the origin of the name “fizz”? Any guesses?

Fizz is a very catchy name. It has it's origins with a cocktail drink.

The logo must match the brand services.
Fizz use 2 logos a lightning bolt and fizz green logo.

The name fizz reminds me of those American commercials from way back for alka seltzer I believe with the slogan...plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is!
