I kindly invite you to order a new SIM card with which you will be able to reactivate your plan, from Overview-> Get started-> Mobile-> Order a new SIM card, as also shown here:

After you receive it, in order to activate it and replace the one you lost under your plan, please contact us on chat(our only secure communication channel) and we'll be able to assist you then and there.
