Buy now, why haven't I received my sim card, and I ordered at 12/08/2020?

    Check the status of this delivery in your account by following Lieux's instructions. If the status is Delivered, probably your card has been stolen.
    If you live in an apartment building in Mtl, then the delivery company Planète Courrier sticked the envelope with your sim card on the entrance door since they don't have access to the mailbox inside the building. Someone could take it from there.
    You should buy another sim card and you will be reimbursed for the first one right after that (you need to contact the support). You can buy it in one of the participating Couche Tard .

    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My profile
    Click on: Historic orders.
    You will see the details of the delivery by the carrier.
    Maybe, your sim card has been stolen from your postbox.
    At this moment, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
    Ask a refund of your first sim card not received and order another sim card.
    Try to change your delivery adress to someone who can receive it directly.

    Anything could have happened like they lost or it was stolen or it was just stolen.Try contacting support from fizz
