I want to order a SIM card but I am wondering if I have to be 18 to do so

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
I don’t think so to be honest. Contracts are usually made for 18+10

Fizz plans are for 18 years old +.
Maybe, ask to one of your relatives to open one for you.3 -
I don't recall being asked for by date of birth when activating my service with Fizz3
