i can’t seem to find the chat bubble to contact the customer service??

i’m trying to chat with someone and followed all the instructions to get there but it doesn’t appear anywhere on my screen

Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Go to one of the FAQ help link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you are having trouble, please make sure to disable any ad blockers you have. You can also try with a different browser or another device.

If the chat bubble doesn't appear, it means that all the reps are busy at the moment.
You can send them your message by messenger. They reply within a few hours.

Use their Facebook page. Its fast and their answers are very helpful. They also follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Works great for me. Hope you get your answer fast.

Either the green bubble will show up in the solution pages. Or you can contact them on Facebook as others pointed out.
