Fizz forgot all my information my perks and rewards, payment info etc...
It thinks that I don’t have any plans but the phone work and payments are going through.

Are you sure that you have used the right account?
Please contact the support to see if they can give you an hint on the account assoicated with the plan or they can solve it if there is a problem with your account

That's clearly strange, must be a glitched in the system. Contact support from 8am to 9pm for help on fixing it.

I think you might be making a mistake in your login. Try to remember the right login-password
Look back for your original Email when you signed up. Does that match your account login now?
I recently changed my email to my account because I had set it up with a different email no longer in use but did nothing else. All of my history vanished.
