You must contact them and ask to unlock it for free.
Maybe, if your phone is not totally paid from this provider, you will have to pay the balance to unlock it.6 -
Contact your previous provider. Phones after 2017 are automatically unlocked i believe. But in your case you have to contact the previous provider they'll need your phone info or IMEI to be able to unblock it normally free of charge6
