Why fizz internet have no service in an area where videotron have?

Sometimes it doesn’t appear as the region served by fizz, but actually it is. It really depends. You should try contacting support of fizz anyway

When we first moved into our Condo we could only subscribe to one service provider for the first three years! Maybe that is why Fizz isn't allowed?
