I’m currently trying to switch my plan for 60 mbps. On my current plan, I have 3$ off. But in the upgrade it look like I’ll lose it.
Will I lose my rebate I got on a smaller plan? And what if I go back to 30 mbps ?

Is the rebate a perk or upgrade that you unlocked? or a rebate you got from fizz directly?
if is a perk you can just re-apply it on your new plan after you upgrade.
Otherwise you should contact support11 -
Upgrades are given to you depending on your level and they are not affected if you change your plan. Probably you'll just have to reapply it again in the slot.11

The rewards are yours for 24 months, the price do not included the discount
Today price for the 30 mbps is 45$ + taxes and the 60 50$ plus taxes
Therefore you will pay 47$+tx, (50-3) + TX
If you go back you will pay the actual price, therefore, if you had a lower price you will lose it
Remember to check that the 3$ are well applied after switching the plan today people reported that they need to reinsert it12 -

I switched my plan a few months ago. After the switch, I checked that the rewards were still intact. However the discounts were no longer applying to my bill. I contacted Fizz support and they have told me that it will be fixed and that I will be refunded for the missing discounts.
At no point was I advised that I need to reallocation the discount rewards.
