Yes, modem with a router is included. The service is connected with cable. If you had a cable connection already you will be good to go! When the technician came to our place he gave us a device to check that the line was active. We just plugged in the modem, waited for it to update and we were connected. Best installation ever! So much better than our old DSL connection.6

When you want to subscribe to Fizz internet.
You do it online, You need to schedule an appointment with a technicien for an installation.
The monthly location of the Fizz modem is included.
The day of your installation, the technician will check the signal of your internet connexion and bring you the modem.3 -

The modem/router is included as well at the visit from the technician to verify the quality of the signal. If you opt for the VIP installation, which costs $30 I believe, the technician will also install your modem, but if you do it yourself, the installation is completely free.1
