Change plan pending?

I changed my plan recently, and now I have "change plan pending" announced. I am wondering if there is any way to look up the details of the current/changed plan while it is being changed? thanks

Any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

Are you within the 48 hours before your billing cycle? If so, you may need to wait until the new cycle is billed. If not, it might be glitch and you will need to chat with Fizz. You can see your old plan with your previous invoice/transaction.

I believe you cannot see the "change plan pending" details now.

The details of the plan change are shown:
1. Only when you are requesting the plan change.
2. On your account only after your new payment cycle begins.

You can also go to My plans >> Manage plan >> Services agreement
You will be able to see the general terms and conditions of each previous plan change.

You have to change at least 48 hours before you next billing in order for your changes to take place.

If you want to change your Fizz plan for the next month;
You need to do it at least 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
If not this change will be the next billing cycle.

Your plan will come in effect next month but i do not believe you have access to seeing what the changes are.
