Hi! I use wifi USB keys on my work PC. Sometimes the connection is very slow. Is this a normal issue when using USB wifi key?
Sometimes it disconnects too. Only for a few seconds then it reconnects. It only does this on one PC. I have a total of 3 PCs connected to the internet. 2 by USB wifi and one by cable.

This means that you already try a computer connected with the network cable.

Did you try to disable the ATF and the band steering?

With your prefered browser go to 192.168.0.1

1- login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password
    2- Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
    3- Disable Band steering
4- ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
5- ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
6- Click on save the modification

The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes

    Hello Vickie,
If this issue is related to a single device, then I would advise you to check for this device's network configuration. Try to remember if you've done some recent change on your computer that could cause this issue. Disable the band steering option as Mike suggested. I invite you to follow this FAQ link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/some-not-all-my-devices-cannot-connect-wi-fi-how-do-i-fix and to try all the troubleshooting steps provided.
