Tried to reschedule installation but it put me 2 weeks later?

I had an appointment for August 9. I tried to reschedule for 8 as it appeared available, after confirming it shows date as 21. Is this an error or I'm screwed now?

If you changed you need to check everyday to see if a new slot will be available

Well, by the time you had the appointment, other user took your spot and now it's going to be august 21.

My guess is that you should contact support so that you can get your august 9 back at least.
