How do i pay my bill???

My payment did not pass and now i have no way to pay my bill. I don’t understand how you dont just have a pay bill option. Not looking good from the point of view of a new client

Did you changed your payment method?

If you payment method is still valid, you can check if you have the link to force the payment.

Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Did you contact your credit card company? Did you check the amount in it?

Otherwise, change it for another card that you link with your services.

The payment usually passes by itself since your card info is registered. Maybe there’s a problem with your card? Either way, I think you should contact fizz directly to figure it out.

We must set up our Fizz account

-Go to your Fizz account by identifying yourself and pressing the bell at the top right.
-Tap on My Profile
-Tap on Payment Methods
-Tap + Add a new payment method and enter a valid credit card.

After that, everything should be fine!

When you set up your account it ask you for a credit card in order to have automatic payment every month. Contact support if you have issue with your billing
