How does "adding user" option work?

Can someone explain to me about what this option is/ what does it do?
1. is the purpose to manage another person's account (child or elder)? OR can I be added onto my family members active phone plan without my* own* sim card/ phone line or account- what number would I be able to call from?
2. Will their 30$ plan features be shared with me? will i be able to benefit from their plan such as unlimited calling and unlimited texting?
will they know who i called or texted?
3. how much more would it cost to add another person or two onto the person's plan?

You have to give some data to someone and after that, they asking you if you want to add to new contact7

This options gives to someone the ability to manage an account, therefore, it will not share with you the plan.
You cannot use part of his calls or text for example
This feature does not cost anything since it is only for manage the account nothing more.
If you need to add a person in order to have an other SIM you need to add a second plan. The cost is the normal cost for the specific plan at the moment Fizz does not have discount for multiple plans under the same account, it will give you only points to have discount in the long run .
If you would like to have multiple plans, probably you will be better off to have multiple account, since, you can use the referral code and have 25$ for each account on your third payment.

Fizz does not have an options to use a single plan using multiple SIM, therefore, multiple phone in the same time.7 -

Fizz doesn't work sharing a single plan with multiple person. It's one person per plan.
However, Fizz offer rollover and also the possible share data between person manually.3 -
