Was my simcard delivered?

Hello, i recently purchased a simcard and received and email a week ago saying that simcard delivered but i did not get any simcard. I contacted the courier, they said delivered but i checked everyday but nothing.

Hi Jean,

It seems thatyour sim was stolen. The delivery company sticks the envelope with the sim on the front door of the building because they don't have access inside. So it can get stolen.

You should order another sim and get it as soon as you receive the delivery notification.

Contact support by chat or messenger after you activate your sim, and you will get a refund for the stolen sim.

2- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
3- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear

I received mine in front of my door almost hidden, check well.

I received another one in the mail box.

If it's not working, then you need to reach Fizz support.

That’s too bad sorry to hear that. Your best bet will probably be to contact Fizz directly and explain that you never actually received your SIM card and they’ll tell you what to do next.

Your sim card seems has been stolen.
Please, contact the Fizz support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
Maybe, you'll be obliged to order a new sim card and ask Fizz for a refund for the first sim card not received.
